Hot and cold therapy
Simple hydrotherapy, done well.
Hydrotherapy is any therapy that uses water and temperature. At The Good Spot that means rounds of heat in our cedar sauna and cold in our plunge tubs, with time to rest in between. It's the same hot and cold routine people travel to Nordic spas for, right in downtown Calgary.
Every session includes the sauna, the cold plunges, the lounge and the fire-table patio. Towels, robes and sandals are included.
